Q. What’s the delivery time?
In the UK, we strive to deliver within 24 hours of payment clearing.  International orders can take 7-10 days to be delivered.

Q. Will I get a shipping discount if I purchase more than one item?
Yes, in the UK, each additional item purchased will cost just £2.50 delivery providing it can fit in the same box. If you live outside the UK, please email us for shipping quotes for multiple items.

Q. I’ve seen something I’d to buy but it says it’s out of stock. Will you be getting more in?
Yes, we restock regularly – send us an email for a specific item and we’ll let you know the stock status.

Q. I’m looking for something that you don’t seem to stock, can you help me to find it?
Just ask and we’ll do our best to locate whatever you are looking for.

Q. I live in Canada – do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world.

Q. What’s your returns policy?
If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods unused and in original packaging. However, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods that you intend to return them and they must reach us within 14 working days of your notification. We reserve the right to refuse goods received outside of this period and if not in the original packaging, or as new. Your statutory rights are not affected. On receipt of the returned goods, we will either exchange them, credit your account or process a refund.  We do not refund shipping & handling charges or return postage.

Q. Can I pay by cheque, postal order or cash?
UK Customers: Yes.
Non UK Customers: We only accept cheques/money orders in British Pounds due to exchange rate fluctuations and high processing fees for foreign currency.

Q. Can I collect my order?
Yes, just call and we’ll arrange a mutually convenient time.

Q. Will I have to pay customs taxes or duty of any kind?
Any import taxes and associated charges for goods sent abroad are the responsibility of the purchaser.
