Egyptian Cat Bastet Table Lamp

The sacred Egyptian Goddess Bastet was usually represented as a woman with the head of a domesticated cat. Bastet was the daughter of Re, the Sun God and was usually seen as a gentle protective goddess. Apart from joy, music and dance, she was also the goddess of love, sex and fertility.

A stunning table lamp that looks incredible both lit and unlit. Mounted on a bronze/resin base with a golden fan shaped leaded glass back light.
