If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you must return the goods unused and in original packaging. However, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods that you intend to return them and they must reach us within 14 working days of your notification. We reserve the right to refuse goods received outside of this period and if not in the original packaging, or as new. Your statutory rights are not affected. On receipt of the returned goods, we will either exchange them, credit your account or process a refund. We do not refund sale items, shipping & handling charges or return postage costs.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transit as this is the responsibility of the courier. However, all goods sent by us are insured and we will process a claim for compensation in the case of any damage. In the case of an item arriving damaged, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt and we will send a replacement wherever possible. If replacement goods are not available, you have the choice of a refund or to select other goods. This returns policy is without exception.
